Doug Harris film to be screened at Berkeley Film Festival

The Berkeley Film Festival will be screening the preview of Doug Harris’ current documentary film Basketball Guru: The Pete Newell Story.  The special screening of the work-in-progress will be on Saturday, September 26th at 2:00 pm at Downtown Berkeley's Landmark Theater.

This festival screening will give the Athletes United for Peace team an opportunity to commemorate the 60th and 50th anniversaries of the achievements of Coach Newell's 1949 USF N.I.T. and 1959 Cal NCAA championship teams.
